What you’re buying

A one-time payment buys a licence to use Amidly on 1 Mac. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Your licence key is emailed to you from hey@amidly.app as soon as payment completes.

Who you pay

Amidly is sold through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as the reseller and merchant of record: it takes your payment, works out and handles any VAT or sales tax, sends your receipt and deals with payment questions. Prices shown include tax where it applies.

We never see your full card details.

Refunds

Changed your mind? Email hey@amidly.app within 14 days of buying and you’ll get a full refund, no questions asked. Please write from the email you paid with. Once refunded, the licence stops working.

This doesn’t affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Your licence

The licence is personal to you and can’t be transferred, resold or shared. You can move it to a new Mac at any time by deactivating the old one in Amidly’s settings or on your account page.

Updates to Amidly 1.x are included. If there is ever a new major version, it may be sold separately, and your 1.x licence keeps working with 1.x.

The app itself

Amidly is independent software. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta, and it relies on WhatsApp’s web service, which WhatsApp can change at any time. We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but it is provided as is, without a promise that it will always work without interruption. You remain responsible for following WhatsApp’s own terms.
